Anna Petukhova | Trainee

Anna is a second year master student in Language and Communication Science at Radboud University. After studying Fundamental and Computational Linguistics in Moscow and being introduced to Neurolinguistics at the University of Groningen during her Erasmus exchange, Anna decided to continue her studies in the direction of cognitive science, still focusing on language. In her bachelor thesis, Anna investigated the role of cognitive control in bilingual code-switching processing.

Anna first joined the Lab to do her first lab rotation with Dr. Xiaochen Zheng, helping with the fMRI experiment on the ability of generalizing compositional meaning. Now Anna is continuing with her second lab rotation with the project and writing her master thesis on the individual differences.
