Iris Duif | PhD

Iris Duif obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Radboud University Nijmegen. As part of the Cognitive Neuroscience research master, she did an internship with Esther Aarts and Lieneke Janssen, which focused on “breaking bad habits”, by investigating the effects of behavioural interventions on frontal an striatal processing. As research assistant, she continued to work on this study, and became involved in a project aimed at elucidating the neurocognitive mechanisms controlling satiation. The latter project became the focus of her PhD, on which she is currently working.
