Ruth van Holst | Post doc
Ruth van Holst studied neuropsychology at the university of Amsterdam. After obtaining her PhD in 2011, which focused on neural- and neurocognitive processes involved in pathological gambling and alcohol dependence, she went to the University of Cambridge to work as a post-doc with Luke Clark on neural underpinnings of behavioral addictions. She recently obtained a NWO Rubicon grant and is currently studying the role of dopamine in pathological gambling.
